AI Chief Of Staff ("Vic")
An AI agent that reads two inboxes around the clock, acts on what needs doing, and answers by text message and a voice phone line. Each user gets their own permissions and sandbox, verified by adversarial tests.
The Challenge
A day job, a trading card shop and a fleet of side projects mean the inbox never stops, and most of what lands in it is a small task somebody has to notice and then do. A tool that only summarizes the inbox still leaves the doing to you.
The Approach
Vic reads two inboxes around the clock and acts on what needs doing. It answers by text message and on a voice phone line built on Twilio with speech-to-text. It keeps the calendars, plus a cash-flow calendar built from bank alerts and accounting data. More than one person can reach it, so each user gets their own permissions and their own sandbox.
The Outcome
An agent that does the work instead of reporting on it. The isolation between users isn't assumed: adversarial tests try to break it, and it has to hold.
